Design/Build
PSS uses architectural plans commissioned by you or we can help with the design of your swimming facility. PSS also schedules and supervises all trades. We manage the entire construction process from ground-breaking to finished landscaping, providing you with a turnkey facility.
PSS provides complete construction of your aquatic facility. That means we:
Handle permitting
Lay out pool design
Excavate land
Put the forms in place for pouring concrete
Set plumbing in place
Coordinate city/county inspections for steel, plumbing, and electrical
Set concrete/remove forms
Install pool equipment and test each component
Set tile and coping
Form and pour decks
Clean and finish the pool
Clean-up the site of construction debris
Train personnel in the maintenance of the pool
Repair/Renovation
It can be repaired and PSS repairs it. We do 100% of any repair work you need, whether it be mechanical failure, broken tile or coping, refinishing needs, etc.
When it comes to renovations, we turn old facilities into new resorts by executing the architectural plans with the same thorough care taken in building new structures. PSS, as a scrutinizing swimming pool contractor, views each project newly and constructs each to customer satisfaction.
Complete Mechanical
PSS installs all mechanical features needed to support your aquatic facility. These include pumps, valves, pipes, filtration, chemical control equipment, lighting, etc.
Stainless Construction
Stainless steel has been used in pool construction for its light-weight, low maintenance, and very durable nature. A stainless steel pool, while many choose its construction for its resistance to the elements, is often selected for in-ground design because of its long life. Furthermore, the light-weight character of stainless steel in comparison to concrete makes this type of construction a choice for any upper floor pool design.
Because installation and maintenance are easier with this construction than others, stainless steel design is also known to be cost effective.
Concrete Construction 
Concrete construction is day-to-day business at PSS. As a swimming pool contractor, we take care that each pool is precise by always checking the consistency of the concrete mix (slump test), setting the concrete in perfect placement, curing the concrete, and cleaning up excess concrete.
Setting in place the plumbing, electrical, tile, coping, decks, and mechanical equipment are ordinary functions at PSS.
Water Feature Systems/Spraygrounds
PSS offers complete construction of water features such as ponds, streams, fountains, waterfalls, etc. We also build spraygrounds for children’s play, also known as splash pads.
Certified Diamond Brite Contractor
PSS is a Certified Diamond Brite Contractor. Diamond Brite is a mixture for pool finish. It contains natural quartz, one of the hardest minerals. It is mixed with cement and for color a variety of Diamond Quartz.
Diamond Brite ensures a very long-lasting finish on your swimming pool. It holds up to harsh pool chemicals and weather conditions. It can be drained without being damaged (unlike plaster pools), and it makes an aesthetic finish!
